We are looking for a talented Catering & Warehouse Manager with a passion for food, hospitality, and a commitment to helping our catering department as well as our shipping program through our commissary run smoothly.

You will report to the Catering Director and Corporate Chef.


The Catering and Warehouse Manager responsibility is to facilitate, organize, and oversee all catering orders out of the commissary kitchen as well as maintain the facility and assist with shipping order production. This position will require a candidate that is highly organized, with great time management skills and a passion for ensuring quality food while upholding sanitary and food safety procedures.

  • Catering Duties
    • Communicate with catering managers and our catering logistics coordinator to finalize orders
    • Execute all catering orders in a timely and presentable manner
    • Communicate with prep crew and kitchen manager to facilitate the necessary prep
    • Order food from the commissary for catering orders
    • Assist catering team with custom menu item requests
  • Warehouse Duties
    • Keep warehouse clean and organized
    • Receive and inspect incoming product
    • Track inventory and order products as needed
    • Operate forklift and take deliveries when needed
    • Load and unload inventory as needed
  • Office Duties
    • Submit all invoices into RSI
    • Assist in keeping the office portion clean and organized
  • Food Prep Duties
    • Produce meat for commissary and catering
    • Maintain cleanliness of the smokers and smoker area
    • Order and prep non-commissary items (salads, GBT, etc..)
    • Clean utilized kitchen stations
  • Shipping Duties
    • Ensure inventory of frozen goods and produce frozen vacuum sealed items as needed
    • Execute orders for all shipping programs (Williams Sonoma, Fresh Thyme, etc.) in a timely and presentable manner
    • Coordinate production of specialty items when needed


  • Ability to be organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods of time in varied climate conditions.
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs.
  • Possess knowledge of food preparation and kitchen services, business and basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Possess strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of management preferred.
